- Returns & Exchanges accepted up to 30 days after delivery date.*
- All returns & exchanges must be authorized through our return portal or via email.
Unauthorized returns cannot be guaranteed for refund or exchange.
- All items must be in the same condition you originally received them. Unworn, unused, with tags attached.

EXCHANGE (or store credit) PROCESS

- Fill in order information, exchange choice & submit.
- A return label will be emailed to you within 2-3 business days. Package up your item(s), & drop off at your local post office.
- Received returns will be reviewed within 2-3 business days after receipt & exchanges processed.
PLEASE NOTE: Exact exchanges are FREE.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Final Sale items.
- Items 31 days past delivery date.
- Items worn, damaged, washed, or tags removed.
DAMAGED/LOST/INCORRECT ITEMS
- If items received are damaged upon arrival, please reach out to our customer service team with photos for a replacement order to be processed ASAP. Damaged items are not to be returned. Our policy is to replace immediately. Email us at cs@modlw.com.
- If your order shows "delivered", but your package has not arrived, please reach out to our customer service team for help ASAP. Email us at cs@modlw.com.

PRODUCT WARRANTY
- Your items are fully covered up to 6 months for replacement if damage BEYOND normal wear & tear occur. This is discretionary, & requires a quality review. Please send an email with photos if you feel your item(s) have begun to show unusual damage to cs@modlw.com.
- Your items are covered for store credit up to 50% of the purchase amount from 6 months to 1 year if damage BEYOND normal wear & tear occur. This is discretionary, & requires a quality review. Please send an email with photos if you feel your item(s) have begun to show unusual damage to cs@modlw.com.
- Product warranty expires after 1 year.
