Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.*
- All returns/exchanges must be authorized via our return portal or email. Unauthorized returns may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, and with tags attached.

Exchange (or Store Credit) Process

- Enter your order details, select your exchange option, and submit.
- You’ll receive a return label via email within 24 hours. Package your items and drop them off at your nearest post office.
- Once we receive your return, we'll review it and process your exchange within 2-3 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items
- Items returned after 31 days from delivery
- Items that are worn, damaged, washed, or missing tags
Damaged/Lost/Incorrect Items
- Damaged Items: If your items arrive damaged, email photos to our customer service team at cs@modlw.com. We'll process a replacement immediately—no need to return the damaged items.
- Lost Packages: If your order is marked "delivered" but you haven't received it, contact us right away at cs@modlw.com. Note: Most packages are delivered to your mailbox.
- Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong items, email photos to cs@modlw.com, and we’ll correct your order ASAP. We'll provide return instructions if needed.
Product Warranty
- 6-Month Coverage: Your items are fully covered for replacement against damage beyond normal wear and tear within 6 months of purchase. This is discretionary and requires a quality review. If you notice unusual damage, please email photos to cs@modlw.com.
- 6 to 12 Months: Your items are eligible for store credit up to 50% of the purchase amount for damage beyond normal wear and tear from 6 months to 1 year. This is also discretionary and requires a quality review. Email photos to cs@modlw.com if you believe your items have unusual damage.
- Warranty Expiration: The product warranty expires after 1 year.
